As a Business Analyst at Damen, you play a key role in understanding business needs and translating them into actionable data and reporting solutions. You act as a bridge between business stakeholders and data IT teams, ensuring that requirements are clearly defined, challenged where needed, and converted into meaningful dashboards, KPIs, and insights that support decision‑making.
