Client engagement platforms, reporting strategy, automation initiatives, the decisions that shape how clients experience the firm and how revenue flows through it. You are involved in all of it.

You take end-to-end ownership of change initiatives. That means Agile delivery, stakeholder management, testing, project coordination and sometimes stepping into BA and PM hybrid territory when the work demands it. You are not waiting to be handed a scope document. You are helping write it.
