The ideal candidate will play a critical role in eliciting analyzing and documenting business requirements and ensuring their accurate translation into functional and technical specifications. This role is instrumental in supporting the customization and optimization of business systems including Zoho applications Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Accounting platforms .
