About the role
The Business Administrator will support the day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring smooth administrative processes, assisting with client coordination, and contributing to branding and design-related activities.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide general administrative support to the business.
  • Manage emails, client inquiries, and communication.
  • Assist with quotations, invoicing, and record keeping.
  • Support coordination of projects and job tracking.
  • Assist with basic design tasks using Canva.
  • Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical).
  • Support social media or marketing-related tasks where required.
Minimum Requirements
  • South African Unemployed youth between the ages of 18 and 34.
  • Must not have participated on the YES programme before.
