Responsibilities

• Trading & Origination
  • Source and close bunker deals with Brokers and trading counterparties
  • Develop and expand a client portfolio across regional and international markets
  • Quote competitive prices
  • Supply-demand dynamics and port conditions
  • Negotiate commercial terms (price, credit, delivery window)
• Supply & Logistics Coordination
  • Coordinate with Physical suppliers
  • Barge operators
  • Inspectors and agents
  • Ensure smooth delivery and resolve operational issues / claims
  • Assess counterparty credit risk and adhere to approved limits
  • Monitor exposure and ensure timely payment collection
  • Manage price exposure where applicable (basic hedging awareness preferred)
