Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook

authentic South Indian non-vegetarian dishes

(e.G., Chettinad, Kerala, Andhra cuisines)
Manage

bulk food production

for banquets, events, and catering orders
Ensure

consistent taste, quality, and presentation

of all dishes
