Our client, a well-established property services business, is looking for an experienced Building Surveyor to join their growing team based in Bicester. The role covers a broad and varied portfolio — from large-scale projects through to minor works and repairs — across PFI Hospitals, Local Authority properties, Social Housing and Listed Buildings.

They are keen to speak with professionals who are commutable to Bicester from within Oxfordshire, Greater London, Hertfordshire, Gloucestershire, Warwickshire, Buckinghamshire or Bedfordshire.

The Role

You'll provide professional advice on property and construction matters, completing detailed reports, specifications and building surveys, identifying defects and advising on repair, maintenance and remedial options. Project management forms a core part of the role, alongside liaising with clients and contractors, chairing meetings and representing the business in client-facing settings.
