**Building Services & Hazardous Materials Technician**

Labcorp is seeking a **Building Services Technician** to join our Maintenance team in **Madison, WI** !

**Job Responsibilities:**

+ This hands-on role supports facility operations through a variety of tasks including hazardous waste collection, incinerator operation, event setup, light landscaping, snow removal, and basic building upkeep.
+ Safely collect and document hazardous lab waste (e.g., solvents, infectious materials).
+ Operate incinerators and other regulated equipment.
+ Perform routine maintenance including replacing lights, ceiling tiles, and minor repairs.
+ Assist with landscaping, snow removal, and event setup.
+ Support painting, carpentry, and general building upkeep.
+ Use powered tools and vehicles for various tasks.
+ Record maintenance actions in facility systems and work orders.
