Position Overview
The role of
Building Safety Manager will include:Lead on the production, updating and submitting of the safety case report. This will include understanding how the building is constructed, to ensure that they are suitably designed and maintained to ensure resident safetyIdentify, monitor and assess building safety risks in the building, including by working with internal fire and compliance teamsWorking directly with residents, as well as those helping to keep them safe, such as on site staff and Housing OfficersContribute to the development of policies, procedures and technical guidance notes Skills and experiences:
