Operate and maintain the site as a fully functioning building. Ensure that the building is maintained to the highest possible standards at all times. Develop, implement, and maintain all Data Centre standard operating procedures (preventive and reactive maintenance). Supervise, coach, and develop the Data Centre Facility Management (DCFM) Team. Align DCFM policies, procedures, and metrics with client requirements and third-party standards (e.g., ITIL, ISO 27001).
