**Job Summary**

The Facilities Maintenance and Systems Specialist (FMSS) reports to the Maintenance Manager but takes daily direction from the Crew Lead. The FMSS supports all facility maintenance and monitoring systems, practices and procedures to ensure all buildings and its equipment are operating optimally and meeting all equipment and client specifications/requirements.
