Scope of Work

The contractor shall carry out the complete rectification, repair, and replacement of damaged building canopies to restore their structural integrity, weather resistance, and functionality. The scope shall include, but not be limited to, the following:

• Conduct a detailed site inspection and assessment of all existing canopies and supporting structures.
• Dismantle and remove all damaged, deformed, bulging, cracked, or deteriorated canopy envelope panels and associated accessories.
• Supply and install new canopy envelope/cladding panels matching the existing design, dimensions, and performance requirements.
