The Role

We are seeking an experienced Building & Construction Project Leader to lead the delivery of CAPEX building services projects from feasibility through to handover. This is a key role responsible for managing multi‑functional project teams and delivering mechanical and electrical refurbishment and plant replacement projects within live operational environments.

The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring projects are delivered safely, compliantly, on time, and to budget, while maintaining excellent client relationships and adhering to internal governance and procedures.
