Position Overview
Job Description
- Manage and oversee daily accounting operations, including contracts, payment requests, accounting entries, and reconciliations.
- Monitor cash flow, accounts payable/receivable, fixed assets, and operating expenses.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, management reports, and budget reports.
- Supervise tax declarations and tax finalization (VAT, CIT) in compliance with Vietnamese regulations.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax authorities, banks, and related government agencies.
- Lead and supervise the accounting team, including task assignment, performance monitoring, and staff training.
- Develop and improve accounting procedures, internal controls, and process efficiency.
