Open Positions & Key Responsibilities

CDP (Chef de Partie )–

Lead the assigned kitchen section Ensure food quality, consistency & hygiene Train and supervise junior staff

DCDP (Demi Chef de Partie ) – • Assist the CDP in daily operations
• Monitor preparation and plating standards
• Maintain inventory and miseen place

Commis I –

Prepare ingredients and execute recipes Support smooth kitchen operations Follow SOPs and food s afety pra ctices

Commis II –

Assist in basic food preparation Maintain cleanliness of the workstation Support senior chefs during service

Kitchen Utility / Housekeeping –
• Wash utensils and kitchen equipment
•Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
• Assist with waste disposal and upkeep
