£We are currently recruiting for an experienced BMS Package Manager to join a leading contractor delivering complex projects across London. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in mission-critical environments within one of the fastest-growing sectors in construction.



As a BMS Package Manager, you will be responsible for the management and delivery of the Building Management System (BMS) package, ensuring seamless integration, commissioning, and handover across large-scale data centre developments.



Manage the full lifecycle of the BMS package, from design through to commissioning and handover

Coordinate with MEP teams, subcontractors, and specialist BMS vendors

Ensure systems are delivered in line with project specifications, programme, and quality standards

Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of BMS systems
