Knowledge:

  • Must have sales support administrative experience. 
  • Must be able to develop basic solutions to a variety of problems. 
  • Must be able to learn quickly and spend the majority of time working independently with limited guidance from immediate manager using well-defined procedures and processes. 
  • Good verbal, written, and office administrative skills are required. 
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Word.
  • Specific education and experience requirements:

  • Typically requires a HS diploma and minimum of 5 years of relevant office administrative experience.
  • Specific job responsibilities:

  • Provides office service support to the field force, on areas such as travel arrangements, company car problems, customer grants, and business office materials. 
  • Prepares routine sales, cost, expenditure, forecast, and monthly reports as needed.
