Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to support client engagements in the Telecom sector. The role involves working closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, analyze data trends, and support decision-making through structured insights.
Responsibilities
- Work directly with stakeholders to gather, analyze and document business requirements
- Support the preparation of business cases, feasibility studies, and impact assessments
- Assist in tracking key performance metrics and identifying areas for process improvement
- Facilitate effective communication between business and delivery teams to ensure alignment
- Participate in governance reviews, status reporting, and project health tracking
- Support resource planning, onboarding, and administrative coordination across teams
- Contribute to the maintenance of compliance and documentation standards
