Responsibilities

• Receiving customers and their vehicles for service and repairs daily in a friendly, courteous and professional manner at all times.
• Always utilize BSI tablets and paperless system.
• Obtaining correct client and vehicle details regarding service or repair items.
• Confirm correct payment method.
• Take a video of and photo of vehicle condition and damages (mark on job card).
• Take a photo of the cluster with current kilometers and update details accordingly.
