Broker Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Broker Support Specialist to join our Australian mortgage support team.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and verify all loan applications for completeness and accuracy.
• Check applicant details (income, employment, ID, etc.) and identify missing or inconsistent information.
• Prepare compliant applications for lender submission.
• Assist in assessing creditworthiness using serviceability calculators and reviewing credit reports and valuations.
• Ensure compliance with NCCP, Privacy, AML/KYC, and Responsible Lending obligations.
• Liaise with brokers, applicants, and lenders to resolve issues or obtain additional information.
• Track progress with lenders and follow up to maintain SLAs.
• Provide clear status updates to brokers and clients.
