Position Overview

- Work directly with Japanese clients to understand business needs, clarify requirements, and translate them into clear technical specifications for the development team.
- Participate in client meetings, discussions, and onsite/online workshops in Japanese.
- Maintain smooth, timely, and precise communication between Japan stakeholders and the engineering team.
Project Coordination- Collaborate with project managers to plan, monitor, and track project progress.
- Communicate risks, issues, and changes to both clients and internal teams in a structured and proactive manner.
