Breakfast Chef

£27,277.90 per annum + Service Charge, 40 hours per week (5 days)

We are seeking an experienced Breakfast Chef to join our vibrant hotel kitchen team. As a pivotal member, you will be responsible for delivering excellent breakfast service and creating lasting first impressions for our guests.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve high‑quality breakfast dishes to guests.
• Adhere to food safety, hygiene and quality standards.
• Manage kitchen station during fast‑paced early‑morning shifts (starting as early as 5 am).
• Work under pressure and maintain composure during peak periods.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Breakfast Chef or similar role in a hotel or restaurant setting.
• Strong time‑management and organisational skills.
• Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently in a team environment.
