Position Overview
Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and operate production-grade infrastructure for real-time payment platforms, ensuring high availability, low latency, and strong reliability aligned to SLAs. Build and maintain automated provisioning and deployment pipelines (CI/CD), enabling repeatable releases and safe upgrades without business disruption. Implement and continuously improve platform resiliency (capacity planning, failover/DR strategies, zero-downtime patterns, runbooks, and operational readiness). Establish and evolve observability standards (metrics, logs, traces, dashboards, alerting) to reduce MTTR and improve platform hygiene.
