Job Description
- Content Creation:
- Develop engaging employee culture content, including videos and social posts, to showcase workplace life and company values
- Manage and maintain the organization’s presence across digital and social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
- Create and curate content that strengthens employer branding and enhances overall employer reputation
- Ensure consistent messaging and visual identity across all social media channels
- Metrics & Analytics:
