Job Responsibilities:

Receiving and processing purchase orders.

Issuing sales transaction invoices.

Verifying orders, including customers' personal information and payment details.

Contacting customers/clients by phone or email to answer queries and obtain missing information.

Expediting orders through internal liaison.

Directing feedback from customers to relevant departments.

Identifying new products to add to those on offer.

Preparation of the daily sales monitoring based on processed orders daily.



Qualifications:

Preferably with at least 1 year experience in Sales

Experience in selling premium wines and alcoholic beverages is an advantage but not required.

Must be willing to work on a rotating shift schedule including weekends and holidays and render overtime if needed.
