Job Function

Responsible for developing and executing the company’s overall brand and communication strategy—both external and internal. This role plays a key part in building corporate image, enhancing brand awareness, supporting sales strategies, and strengthening communication across stakeholders in the highly competitive fuels retail industry.



Responsibilities

1. Brand Management

  • Develop and implement brand positioning strategies for both corporate and product brands
  • Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels (gas stations, social media, advertisements, promotions, etc.)
  • Analyze brand performance and market perception

2. Communication Strategy

  • Design and execute an integrated communication plan (internal and external)
  • Manage communication campaigns including ATL, BTL, digital, PR, CSR, and events
