- Deals with all customer complaints and acts immediately to customer’s concerns to ensure that customer satisfaction is met
- Maintain positive relations with all contacts, guests, potential guests and team members in order to expand the branch’s pool of clients
- Responsible in promoting and marketing the company’s services and products, campaigns/promotions
- Recommends sales and promotional strategies for the branch
- Ensure employees’ adherence to the company’s objective on Customer Service excellence is maintained at all times
- Ensures sales targets including individual sales targets for the day/s, weeks or month are achieved at all times.
