Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

1. Technical & Operations Management

  • Lead and manage a team of service technicians
  • Ensure optimal staffing levels with appropriately skilled technicians
  • Plan and allocate workloads effectively
  • Develop and implement technician training plans
  • Build a sustainable pipeline of technical talent

2. Administration & Process Control

  • Oversee all branch administration related to:
    • Maintenance contracts
    • Payable service work
  • Ensure accuracy and efficiency of the workflow:
    • Technician Admin Customer / System
  • Review and approve administrative reporting
  • Maintain strong process discipline and compliance

3. Stock & Inventory Management

  • Ensure accurate control of parts and inventory
  • Maintain agreed minimum stock levels
  • Oversee replenishment processes and stock accuracy
