Position Overview
- To achieve Branch target in Units, Revenue & Gross Profit.
- To arrange branch level activities to generate more walk-ins.
- To motivate sales team, add-value to each sale by promoting GAP. Extended Warranty, Insurance, Rust Proofing, Service Contract, Accessories Sales, etc.
- To think out of the box & be creative in enhancing showroom operations, sales & walk-ins.
- To ensure sales executives create lead for all enquiries & follows up to generating maximum sales. (Including G-CMU Leads).
- To ensure quality and accurate data is captured by his team members.
- To ensure mystery shopping targets are achieved.
- To live AAC Core Values - I ntegrity, C ommitment, A dding Value & N ever being Satisfied.
KPI: - To ensure team / branch achieves KPI’s set by the management.
- To motivate the team, achieve quarterly non-financial KPI’s.
