Position Description- Set up and operate the brake press machine as required by the production schedule and product plans.
- Read and interpret product plans, work orders, and production schedules to determine the required specifications for each job.
- Load tooling as per program.
- Inspect metal whilst shaping it and make adjustments to feed rate and speed based on material thickness and type as needed.
- Perform run, bend and forming operations with standard and custom punches.
- Measure for quality against required tolerances.
- Check final products to ensure no defects.
