Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and/or outbound customer interactions via phone, email, or chat
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner
Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies
Resolve customer issues while ensuring high levels of satisfaction
Document interactions and maintain accurate customer records in the system
Follow standard operating procedures and meet performance metrics (e.g., AHT, CSAT, resolution time)
