• Previous experience in luxury retail or hospitality environment preferred.
• Previous experience in sales.
• Ability to handle very well‑heeled upmarket clientele.
• Ability to “sell” to guests.
• Strong guest relations and communication skills
• Vibrant, dynamic and organized.
• Sense of style and creativity in terms of visual merchandising and styling of stock.
• Passion for the industry.
• Team‑player by nature.
• Strong administration ability.
• Computer literacy (MS Office; Sage Pastel advantageous).
• Leadership or supervisory experience advantageous.
• Attention to detail and consistent follow‑up.
