Job Responsibilities - Oversee daily retail store operations and ensure smooth workflow
- Lead, motivate, and manage the retail team to achieve sales & service targets
- Ensure excellent customer service and positive shopping experience
- Manage manpower planning, staff scheduling, and team performance
- Monitor inventory levels, stock replenishment, and merchandising standards
