Accounting/Finance Experience with Debtors and Creditors Financial Planning and Forecasting Managing Payroll Proficiency in Quickbooks or Pastel Ensures compliance with organizational policies and procedures Records and accounts for daily transactions, ensuring accuracy and completeness of files and supporting documentation Manages cash flow, bank accounts, and petty cash fund Processes cash disbursements according to policies and approval levels Processes payroll, remits taxes, and reports to government agencies Handles full accounts payable functions, from procurement to invoice payments Processes employee expense reimbursements Ensures timely payments to payees and maintains payee files Prepares monthly financial and internal management reports Performs month-end and year-end closing duties Performs other related tasks as assigned
