Growing, mid sized, well established local CPA Firm is seeking a full-time bookkeeper with a minimum of 3 years experience. We offer high salaries and a very reasonable work life balance, with a hybrid, possibly remote work from home schedule.
Responsibilities:
Assisting clients with their monthly banking and payroll reconciliations. Inputting and analyzing accounts transactions via bank downloadsPerform general bookkeeping duties including posting journal entries to the general ledger and coding expenses.Prepare payroll tax reports on a quarterly and annual basisPrepare monthly sales tax reportsWork well in a team environmentMaintain client relationships Qualifications:
