About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced and highly capable Advisor – Bond to support the delivery of assurance, performance monitoring, and machinery of government responsibilities within the tenancy bond system. In this role, you’ll work closely with the Principal Advisor Bond, supporting key activities such as Official Information Act responses, complaints, ministerial requests, and sensitive case monitoring. You’ll also play a key role in helping Building and Tenancy achieve its regulatory stewardship aspirations and supporting the Tenancy Leadership Team on high‑priority projects and initiatives, including ABODE system enhancements and benefit delivery.
