Position Overview
Job Title: Boiler Operator Location: Fostoria, OH 44830 Duration: 12 Months Contract Shift Notes: The position would be a swing shift 2 days 1st shift, 2 days 2nd shift, 2 days 3rd shift. 2 days off. 1st 7a to 3p 2nd 3p to 11p 3rd 11p to 7a 24 hours off when they move from 1st to 2nd, and 2nd to 3rd. Job Description: Position Summary:
- Job duties include, but are not limited to: Operating the facility's boilers and water treatment systems, water treatment laboratory testing and monitoring, Boiler operation monitoring, accurate logging of data Equipment troubleshooting and basic maintenance Receiving/handling of fuel oil and water treatment chemicals Assist with performing annual boiler internal inspections and cleaning Monitoring facility cooling tower treatment program.
