We are seeking a **Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)** for a **school-based position** in **Oak Lawn, IL** for the **2026–2027 school year** . This role supports students from **early childhood through 12th grade** , with a focus on social, emotional, and behavioral needs. Many students are on the autism spectrum, though the program does not serve students with severe behaviors.

The BCBA will provide consultation, conduct behavioral evaluations, develop and implement behavior intervention plans, and collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams in a highly supportive program environment.
