26/27 School Year | Full-Time | In-Person | Contract

Position Details:

• Location: Maryland Schools

• Duration: August 2026 – June 2027

• Hours: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 37.5–40 hours/week

• Caseload: K–12 Opportunities Available

• Required: Active BCBA Certification (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)

Responsibilities:

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)

• Provide direct and consultative behavioral support to students across school settings

• Collaborate with teachers, paraprofessionals, and related service providers to implement behavior strategies

• Train and support staff on behavior management techniques and data collection

• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions based on data-driven decision making
