Job Purpose

The BMS Specialist will join our dynamic and fast‑growing team to help us deliver energy efficiency solutions to the building sector.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage projects involving different building management system (BMS)/energy management systems.
• Develop and test software programs necessary to operate the system per the intent of case‑by‑case project requirements.
• Prepare energy efficiency operating procedures and perform re‑commissioning of existing BMS systems.
• Complete systems analyses, scoping studies, front‑end design work, and collaborate on designs with contractors and consultants.
• Design and develop new control systems for HVAC, lighting, etc.
• Create flow/schematic diagrams.
• Prepare BOQ and estimations with energy savings and payback period calculations.
• Perform commissioning of all system and network‑level controllers as required.
