The Role

We are now recruiting for a Bistro Service Assistant to join our Head Office in Carlisle.

The hours of work are Monday to Tuesday, 09:00 - 17:00, with a 30 minutes unpaid lunchbreak inclusive on each of the 2 working days. This equates to 15 hours per week.

The main elements of this role will include:

• Taking food and drink orders from colleagues and the general public
• Serving meals, snacks and drinks as required whilst delivering outstanding customer service
• Handling transactions from and using the AW Bistro App
• Having good knowledge of the menu items, making recommendations where necessary, and answering customer queries confidently
