We are recruiting on purpose a full-time Senior BIM Specialist for our Raleigh, NC office. In this role, you will lead the development of high-quality, Revit-based structural BIM models and drawing sets while supporting project teams with precise, coordinated, and consistent BIM production. You will work closely with structural engineers to ensure project success from concept through construction.

Daily responsibilities include creating and managing Revit models of structural systems, preparing detailed structural drawing packages, coordinating BIM content with engineering designs, and collaborating with design and construction partners. This position also offers strong long-term growth potential, including a clear pathway toward future BIM leadership roles.
