Position Overview
- Report to the Head / M&E and is responsible to work with the project team to perform drawing related works.
- Coordinate and monitor shop drawing submission schedule.
- Produce shop drawings as per detail given by engineer/ manager.
- Timely production of shop drawings.
- Any other duties assigned.
Requirements - Min Higher Nitec or Diploma in Engineering, or BIM.
- Proven track record with at least 2 years full experiences with BIM MEP, preferably part of consultants or main contractor project team.
- Good interpersonal skills, strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks & AutoCAD.
- Knowledge of MEP systems and their integration into BIM model.
- Attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve clashes or discrepancies in the model.
- Communication and collaboration skills for effective teamwork.
