Position Overview
Benefits - Up to $5000 basic + variable bonus (salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications)
- Working days: 5.5 days work week (Monday to Friday, 8am to 6.30pm and Saturday, 8am to 1pm)
- Working location: Central
Responsibilities - Develop and update BIM models
- Produce drawings from BIM models
- Coordinate with consultants and subcontractors
- Detect clashes and resolve model issues
- Support site construction using BIM information
- Prepare authority submissions and shop drawings
Requirements - Formally trained in BIM (Diploma or Training Certification)
- Possess at least 2 years of BIM coordination or BIM management experience in a design, engineering or construction firm of a large project.
- Relevant experience in HDB PBU projects.
