Duties & Responsibilities Support BIM management activities and develop the BIM Execution Plan (BEP)
Attend BIM coordination meetings with clients and consultants
Review clash detection reports and presentations
Coordinate and deliver as-built BIM models upon project completion
Work closely with architectural, structural, and M&E teams to develop coordinated BIM drawings
Establish and manage the Common Data Environment (CDE) to ensure consistent document access for both office and site teams
Enforce the use of BIM models for generating shop drawings by both main contractors and subcontractors, ensuring alignment between 2D and 3D drawings
Develop templates for Asset Information Models (AIM) to support facility management and future tender requirements
Provide BIM support during tender preparation when required
Participate in technical meetings as needed
