Role & Responsibility
•Minimum 5 years experience as BIM Manager. Recommended experience over 7 years.
•Develop, maintain and manage BIM Deliverables Schedule and BIM execution plan (BEP)
•Establish and maintain modeling workflow and structure in accordance with the BEP for all applicable trades.
•Verify that all models are developed in accordance with the BEP and the Project BIM Validation Checklist.
•Manage all BIM project workflows, documentation, and submission processes, maintaining the required quality control procedures for the project.
•Manage contractual concerns with Subcontractors and Consultants, including overseeing proper management of Subcontractors.
•Provide Revit and Navisworks basic usage instruction training to all project stakeholders.
•Identify and resolve any BIM related issues encountered during implementation and develop/improve BIM processes and protocols /standards to increase quality
