Position Overview
Key Responsibilities - Lead the development of high‑LOD (300–400) BIM models for signage systems
- Build and manage intelligent Revit families and BIM standards libraries
- Ensure clash‑free coordination across multidisciplinary teams using Navisworks
- Embed structured technical data into BIM models for fabrication and operations
- Generate construction documentation, schedules, and quantity take‑offs
- Oversee BIM compliance with ISO 19650 and Singapore BCA standards
- Maintain accurate as‑built models for project handover
- Support automation and process improvement using Dynamo
Requirements - Diploma/Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or BIM‑related discipline
- Minimum 3–5+ years BIM experience in complex building projects
- Strong expertise in Revit and Navisworks Manage
- Experience in signage, wayfinding, façade, or metal detailing highly preferred
