Bim Designer

• Diploma or university graduate or above, major in Architecture, Civil Engineering or related subject; has theoretical knowledge and practical experience in building material, construction, interior design and decoration.
• Project management: lead all local and overseas projects, including planning, coordination, implementation, execution, control and inspection of all projects. Submit a review analysis report to the board for each project after completion. Overseas experience is a must.
• Communication and management of external related parties, liaise closely with clients, subcontractors, architects, consultants and authorities.
• Create and explain design concepts of designing exterior and interior furnishings.
