Position Overview
BIM Archi/Structure Coordinator Responsibilities - Coordinate with consultants, sub‑contractors & engineers.
- Manage and prepare models and shop drawing to support the construction works.
- Coordinate structural works during the construction process.
- Have good knowledge of structural and architectural details.
- Liaise closely with internal and external parties as well as the authorities to resolve design discrepancies and construction issues.
- Assist in maintaining BIM systems and standards for construction projects.
- Liaise with clients, consultants and prepare/conduct weekly progress reports and technical meetings.
- Ensure subcontractors and vendors follow the specifications and standards in the project VDC implementation.
- Have experience in large scale projects.
- Be a good team player and able to meet tight deadlines.
