Position Summary

The Billing Success Specialist is a technical subject matter expert responsible for proactively identifying and escalating billing issues, partner invoice discrepancies, and financial inaccuracies within the partner billing cycle. The role involves producing detailed financial analysis, documenting resolutions, and collaborating closely with the business and partners of Pax8.

Financial Accounting (50%)

• Read and interpret invoices to reconcile accounts in complex environments
• Work with general ledgers to understand credits and debits
• Identify, investigate, and report discrepancies within the billing cycle
• Ensure accuracy in invoice processing
• Use accounting software and PSA platforms
• Understand financial statements (balance sheets, billing, invoices)
• Perform detailed financial analysis
